Invitation to experience quality dining for our clientele and the people of the region.
The restaurant of the Hôtel Le Château Blanc occupies an important place in our project to revive the establishment. Although it is not yet open, our intention is clear: to bring this space back to life and once again offer a quality dining experience to our clientele as well as to the people of the region.
We wish to develop a friendly, accessible, and warm formula that will naturally fit into the experience of a seaside stay in Bonaventure. Our goal is to offer a unifying cuisine, highlighting as much as possible the products, flavors, and producers of Gaspésie and the Bay of Chaleurs.
The reopening of the restaurant, however, requires the establishment of a solid team and an offer that meets our expectations. We therefore prefer to take the necessary time to build a sustainable formula, with particular attention to the quality of the dishes, the welcome, and the experience of our customers.
Our team is actively working on this project and we hope to welcome you again at the Château Blanc restaurant soon.
In the meantime, our staff will be happy to advise you on the various tables and good addresses in Bonaventure and the surrounding area.
